What is Nutritional Therapy?
As a registered nutritional therapist, Leah is uniquely trained to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalance to understand how these may contribute to presenting symptoms and health issues.
Leah provides personalised nutritional and lifestyle strategies to help address these imbalances, and in doing so support chronic conditions, and enhance health and well-being on an individual basis.
Nutritional therapy is recognised as complementary to conventional medicine and is therefore not a replacement for medical advice. As such, Leah works alongside or refers to medical and healthcare professionals to ensure inter-discipline continuity of care.
"Five days a month of excruciating endometriosis pain is now only one day a month. I never thought that changing my diet would remove my period/endometriosis pain - it's incredible and should be made public! I also lost 13kg of excess weight and normalised my high cholesterol. Leah has helped transform my mental and physical state, and motivated me to have a healthier lifestyle that I continue to practice to this day. It's remarkable how my life has improved."

"I could not recommend Leah more. Her approach to food and wellbeing has transformed not only the way I look but my relationship with food. Leah is both highly professional and a pleasure to work with… I am now back down to the same weight as 25 years ago, and feel younger, energised and much fitter. Thank you Leah."
