"Five days a month of excruciating endometriosis pain is now only one day a month. I never thought that changing my diet would remove my period/endometriosis pain - it's incredible and should be made public! I also lost 13kg of excess weight and normalised my high cholesterol. Leah has helped transform my mental and physical state, and motivated me to have a healthier lifestyle that I continue to practice to this day. It's remarkable how my life has improved."

"I could not recommend Leah more. Her approach to food and wellbeing has transformed not only the way I look but my relationship with food. Leah is both highly professional and a pleasure to work with… I am now back down to the same weight as 25 years ago, and feel younger, energised and much fitter. Thank you Leah."

"Leah came highly recommended to me and I am so glad I made the appointment to see her. She has changed my life...Leah has taught me so much about eating the right foods and eating mindfully. She is very easy to talk to, and a talented nutritional therapist. No more itchy skin, stomach or bowel problems. Thank you so much for all your help Leah, you are amazing. I would definitely recommend Leah."
